On-Site Access Guidelines

At Red Door Construction, we understand this is an exciting and meaningful time for you and your family, and it’s natural to want to be involved in the process. Homeowners often ask how involved they can be during construction and what their role should be throughout the project.

In this video, we’ll outline what to expect when staying in or visiting the job site during a renovation. While we do our best to leave the site safe and clean at the end of each day, it is still an active construction zone with potential hazards such as uneven surfaces, tools, materials, dust, and debris. For safety and efficiency, we generally recommend limiting time inside active work areas, as on-site presence can slow progress and increase safety risks.

If you would like to visit the site or walk through with friends and family, we ask that you arrange this in advance so our team can pause work, secure the area, and provide a safe environment for your tour.
